Delete your InspectMate account and app data

The most complete deletion path is inside the InspectMate app after Google sign-in. It verifies account ownership, deletes account records InspectMate controls, and clears this device when the in-app deletion finishes.

Delete in the app

  1. 1 Open InspectMate and sign in with Google to the account you want deleted.
  2. 2 Go to Settings.
  3. 3 Open the account or danger-zone deletion option.
  4. 4 Confirm the warnings and complete the Google confirmation.

What deletion covers

  • Your InspectMate account and sign-in record
  • Workspace, clients, jobs, templates, inspections, reports, invoices, and shared links
  • Synced backend records and uploaded files controlled by InspectMate
  • App data on the device when deletion is completed from inside the app

If you cannot access InspectMate

Email privacy@bluesparrow.dev from the address linked to your InspectMate sign-in, or include that sign-in email in your message. Use the subject InspectMate account deletion request. We may ask for extra verification before deleting account data.

Billing and device notes

Deleting your InspectMate account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play if you do not want future charges. A web request can delete account data InspectMate controls, but it cannot wipe app data stored only on a device you still have.
